Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as refreshed in our apparel as you do with our hydration; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in the original shipping mailer or a secure box and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
